Now after 5 years SM Supermalls is renovating SM City San Pablo making it bigger and better for everyone. SM City San Pablo currently has a leasable area of 34,169 sqm which has already been awarded to various tenants. The mall’s anchor tenants are SM Supermarket and SM Department Store. It also offers a business center and four SM cinemas with a combined seating capacity of about 1,400. SM City San Pablo also provides parking slots for over 600 vehicles. The terminal for public utility vehicles is temporarily transferred in parking A in front of SM Supermarket.
The first phase of expansion is said to be done by October 2016 and the mall is said to be fully operational by April 2017. It is envisioned that the mall to be approximately double its current size.
